Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and exhaust system problems are among the most common issues we see on modern MINI diesel vehicles at GSR Garage in Telford. These systems are designed to reduce emissions but can cause significant problems if not properly maintained. The most common MINI DPF issue is coolant loss from water pump on turbo models. This typically happens when vehicles are used primarily for short journeys in urban areas like Telford, Birmingham, and Telford, where the engine does not get hot enough to trigger passive regeneration.
